FAQ

Common ports that we use include:

  • Split (Gat Sv. Petra - Ferry port)
  • Dubrovnik (Gruž cruise port)
  • Zadar (Zadar Peninsula - city center)
  • Å ibenik (Å ibenik city port - next to the Hotel Bellevue)
  • At the request of the group, we can always arrange another port of embarkation and disembarkation — depending on the wishes of the group, taking in account the ship’s sailing speed (7 knots or 14 km) and the time required to reach the port.

The ships have European Type C / 220 V power. If traveling from outside the EU, you may need an adapter or voltage converter. An adapter 'adapts' your electronics plug for a European socket. A converter 'converts' the voltage down from 220v (in Europe) to 110v (US/Canada). Most computers and cell phones already have a converter. Just check the box on the cord and it should say 110v-220v. If it does, you just need an adapter. If it does not, you need a converter.

Please note that you are not allowed to consume beverages purchased outside the ship due to Croatian regulations.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available onboard the ship. Please keep in mind that connectivity can vary depending on the weather and ship’s location.

Your travel agents or charter representative will provide details regarding our location.
